A Life of Praise and Thanksgiving

Memory Verse: “I will bless the Lord at all times; his praises shall continually be in my mouth”Psalm 34:1

Praises and thanksgiving should be our lifestyle. Just as we eat daily, so should our praises be unto God. He never ceases in doing good to us. So, at all times and in everything, men ought to give praise unto God.

God is awesome. Who He is and what He does reveal His greatness, goodness and wonderful works especially to man. If we do not praise and thank God, He has nothing to lose. However, it is highly rewarding when we praise God. It attracts the following blessings: deliverance from all fears, divine presence, joy of fulfilling God’s commandment, destruction of yokes and bondages, overwhelming victory, forces in heaven will move beyond human expectation.

Praising God opens us to the miraculous. However, for our praises to be acceptable to God, we must live a holy life.
